Brazilian Laser Hair Removal in Scottsdale, Phoenix & Tempe: Cost, Sessions, Comfort & Prep

There is a certain freedom in never thinking about waxing appointments, ingrown hairs or razor bumps again.
At Hello Laser, Brazilian laser hair removal is one of our most-loved treatments, and we've been perfecting laser hair removal in Arizona since 2001. Here is everything to know before your first visit, including exactly what it costs.
What is Brazilian laser hair removal?
A Brazilian treats the full bikini area: front, sides and between, with the back included if you choose. A bikini line treats only what shows outside a swimsuit. Both are the same price at Hello Laser, so you can choose the look you love without a second thought.
The laser gently disables each follicle's ability to regrow, while a cooling burst protects your skin. Over your series, hair grows back finer and sparser, until most of it simply stops returning.
How much does Brazilian laser hair removal cost?
A luxury experience shouldn't come with a luxury markup.
Our pricing is transparent and the same at all three locations. A Brazilian or bikini session is $165, or $111 for Laser Club members.

Ways to make it effortless:

Series pricing: reserve 8 or more sessions and enjoy 10% off your series.
Flexible payments with Cherry: spread your treatment into easy monthly payments.
How many sessions does a Brazilian take?
Most clients see their best results in 8 to 12 sessions, scheduled 5 to 6 weeks apart, with a touch-up once or twice a year after that. The bikini area is hormonal, so it responds best to a full, consistent series.
Why a series? Hair grows in cycles, and the laser reaches each hair during its active growth phase. Every visit catches a new group. Treated hairs shed about 10 to 15 days after each session, and clients typically see up to 90% reduction after 8 to 12 sessions.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe a quick, warm snap, like a rubber band, and find it far more comfortable than waxing. Our Candela GentleMax Pro has a built-in Dynamic Cooling Device that soothes your skin with a cooling burst just before each pulse. Your technician moves at your pace, and each visit feels easier as the hair thins.
Is it safe for my skin tone?
Yes. The Candela GentleMax Pro combines two lasers: the Alexandrite (755nm) for lighter skin and the Nd:YAG (1064nm), which treats deeper skin tones safely. Your technician selects the right setting for your skin and hair at your consultation. Every machine was purchased new from Candela and is maintained under a Candela service contract.
How to prepare for your visit
Shave the area the day before or the morning of. Avoid waxing, plucking or hair removal creams for 2 to 4 weeks before, so the root stays in place for the laser.
Skip the sun and self-tanner for 2 to 4 weeks before.
Arrive with clean skin, free of lotion or deodorant on the area.
Afterward: skip hot showers, hot tubs and sweaty workouts for 24 hours, and protect treated skin with SPF.
Why fall is the perfect time to begin
Arizona sun is the one thing that can pause a laser series, because tanned skin needs time to settle before treatment. Fall and winter keep the bikini area out of the sun between visits. Begin in October or November, and you'll be well into your series by swimsuit season.
